Product arrived in well packaged box and it was a simple case of opening the box, unpack the glass door and sliding it in. Took about 30 seconds from postman to fit! Have to add that Ransom Spares were by far the cheapest and postage was rapid. Well done all round!!

Replacement glass for my oven
I am 66yrs old man i ordered a replacement glass for my oven and i spoke to jack in Customer service which help me a lot .i live in ireland yet it was delivered to my home fast and in my oven that day .thank you to jack and all staff for your help great service and highly recommended

Product good-service not.
The product was absolutely fine, it was a specific part of an oven door so could only be one thing. The problem was, the company didn't actually have the product in stock when I ordered it but didn't let me know this. As a result, I ended up waiting over a week for the part (having no oven and a family to feed) when I could have ordered it from else where quicker.

I noticed it says compatible with HUE61K I was just wondering if there is a different with the S at the end?.
