The product itself was good and worked well. In order to fit it in my Hotpoint oven one has to lever the old old one out. It is a spring fit. It is a great pity no instructions are included! I removed the cylindrical fitting from the cooker and finally applied enough force to succeed.

Had the devil of a job locating the right part for our oven which is now 15 years old but still going strong. All I needed was the glass which was a perfect fit (the other chipped slightly where it fixes in the thread so it kept falling out, most annoying). Also use Ransom for the main oven element which has been replaced three or four times over the years. Highly recommended, item arrived on time, well packed and in perfect condition.

This product was delivered within a day. It was fitted directly, as it was a genuine Hotpoint part with a slight modification to make removal, if needed, somewhat easier. Worked perfectly. Great Service and part.

Sits inside a tube in main oven, not easy to remove, much easier in top oven as no tube.

The supplied lamp fitting was exactly what I wanted; easy to fit, does the job, it's like having a new cooker! Highly recommended supplier.
