The solar grill arrived quickly by Royal Mail and was superbly packed in polystyrene and a stout cardboard box. After the Gas and Electricity were switched OFF, (DO NOT miss that part out !!!) ,the cooker back was removed after "jiggling" the corner of the panel around the flexy gas hose. The 4 wire connections were easy to locate and disconnect and then the 4 grill element fixing screws removed from inside the oven cavity. Hey presto, old unit now out. Te replacement was fitted in reverse order, back re-fitted and finally, electricity and gas restored. Total time 40 minutes. I can now enjoy my grilled bacon sandwich again as I don't like fried in pan, thanks to Ransome Spares who I heartily recommend.

The product is good and it was straightforward to fit. My only concern is about the fragile nature of the part and its susceptibility to damage during transit (2 parts fell victim to this). All functional and in place now. I must praise Ransom spares customer support though for their outstanding service and patience in helping get the replacement parts sent out to me.
