Hotpoint Cooker & Hob Cut Out ThermostatC00199515

this was for a double oven, the top oven/grill wasn't working at all. removed the top off the oven to expose the wiring. tested power to the thermostat which had power but nothing coming out the other side. so as the oven was cold this should of been a complete circuit which told me the thermostat cut out was cutting the power all the time instead of just when the oven gets too hot. hope that helps.
