My wok burner ring wasn’t burning correctly ordered this dispatched after a couple of hours and was with me the next day

Easy to locate part required on the web site and easy to order. However there was no confirmation from Ransom that they had received my order. No confirmation that they had dispatched my order and nothing to confirm which carrier they had used. I had paid for next day delivery but without ANY confirmation from Ransom I was unable to track the goods. The only salvation was that the order was delivered next day. I would hesitate to use Ransom again unless they communicate with the customer as most suppliers do these days
