We have a Gaggenau microwave BM211100 which is built-in to a cabinet with the Gaggenau door and lift mechanism. The gas struts no longer work but I am unable to see how you gain access to them when the microwave is in situ and there is no obvious way of removing it. There is no pint in buying replacement struts unless it is simple to gain access and remove the old ones and instal the new ones. Do you have any details that explain how to remove the microwave and gain access to the struts?
