Turns the fan to circulate hot air evenly around the oven.
Tick the symptoms your appliance is showing. We’ll tell you how confident we are this part is the fix.
General fitting guidance. The exact steps can vary slightly with the make and model of your cooker.
Safety: Switch off and unplug at the mains and let it cool before you start.
The fan motor operates the fan that moves hot air around inside the oven for more dependable and precise cooking. It prevents hot and cold zones.
It delivers the required mechanical force to maintain the rotation of the fan blades and a constant airflow with its proximity to the fan assembly.
If the fan or motor starts making bad noises such as grinding, rattling, or screeching, replace it. Insufficient hot air circulation results in uneven cooking or lengthy cooking durations even in the right settings.

A little involved to fit and line up but once installed makes the fan run perfectly
The good: Parts excellent once they arrived. The bad: They promised next day delivery and took extra payment for that. Parts arrived 8 days later. No apology. When I contacted customer service I got proforma replies that amounted to nothing. I will never use this company again despite the quality of the parts they supplied.
This motor makes the fan run sweet. When the old motor sounds rough starts squeeling this motor makes it run like new
Really good fit to replace an existing broken fan motor, just a 10ml socket needed to remove the fan blade from the front, twist the old one off, twist the new one on.. No screws or awkwardness. Refit the fan blade, job done. Oven back in full working order.
Part arrived as stated good product/good service. Part was well packaged.
Hi what level of Ohms should i expect to see on my meter when testing this motor? mines seems to be good and free turning but not running even with voltage present at both terminals, when testing i only have 164Ohms across the windings.. is this correct or shorted?
Hi Les, unfortunately we don't have this information. I'd recommend contacting an engineer to see if they can confirm.
What is the wattage, voltage and frequency for this motor?
Hi Blair, this motor is 50Hz, 25W 220/240V.
How is this particular motor held in place and how is it removed? Videos all show different type fixing systems, but not this one.
Hi, unfortunately we aren't able to offer fitting advice. I'd recommend contacting an engineer to see if they can help. Please accept our apologies.
