How does an oven bulb help in your cooking?
The oven bulb allows you to view the food as it bakes or cooks when the door is open or when you peek through the glass.
The oven light operates similarly to a regular incandescent bulb. When activated, an electrical current passes through a filament inside the bulb, generating heat and emitting light, illuminating the oven's interior.
Why do you remove the bulb in the oven?
The filament within the oven light bulb deteriorates or shatters under the extreme heat and vibrations of regular oven use over time. The oven's intense heat can degrade components, diminish brightness, or even trigger catastrophic failure.

Great product, simple to fit
This lamp is so easy to fit. Just remove the old one and screw in the new one. It is great to have the light back inside the oven. I really missed it when the old one failed. The new ones (I ordered 2, so i would have a spare) arrived very fast. Very happy customer.
