Straightforward replacement for existing double oven thermostat, worked fine. Ease of fitting rating nothing to do with part or service received, just the way it is with replacing a thermostat.

Very happy with this part ease to fit, recommend the how to fit video. Oven now working as it should.

Part checked for compatibility and ordered. Arrived promptly. Used the online video as a guide, which was really helpful - thank you for that. Took about an hour to remove the oven, fit the thermocouple and replace everything. Simple job - thank you Ransom Spares. Hope I don't need you again, but if I do, I'll know where to come.

Ordered this as website (and others) said it was for our cooker. When it arrived realised that it was oriented 90 degrees compared to the existing one so contacted customer services before trying to fit it, as it is not a minor job to remove the old one. They assured me it was so I went ahead, and sure enough, it just fitted in the space. Excellent value - less than half the price of some competitors offerings of the same part number.

This was my first purchase from Ransomspares. The shipping and delivery were fairly quick considering the current situation. The thermostat was also fairly simple to install, in our 15yo+ Belling oven, although initially it looked a little different from the original part, I could see that it had the same connectors. 2 weeks in it seems to be regulating the oven temperature well, although I suspect (after testing) it is about 10degs hotter than the dial indicates, this could just be a tolerance of the dial itself. Overall I am very happy with the part, the ease of installation and the value of money.
