Indesit Electric Oven Heating element

This purchase saved me fortune! £13 including postage. Easy to fit but as I hadn't fitted an oven element before, I took my time so just over 25 minutes. Works well and better than the previous element which must have been on its way out. My wife is now happy again. Thanks Ransome Spares!!

Part was easy to fit and even though it wasnt an original Indesit part it still felt very sturdy, just fitted it and it works fine, for a tenner you cant go wrong

My oven is a hotpoint cucina dy64x (it does not have MK2). The current heating element is approx 19cm diameter. Will this part fit my oven?

Hi Alison, thanks for your question. The element listed for the original DY46X is RS9505. To be sure this is the correct element we'd need the IND code from inside the oven (usually ending 0000). Alternatively if you've taken your element out you should be able to visually check which of the two elements you require.

Hi I have a Hotpoint double oven DH53CK 25685880000 with a faulty element. When I undone the screws and gently pulled the element away, there wasn't an earth wire attached, is this normal ?

Hi, I can confirm this is the correct element for your model. The earth wire may have pulled off when removing the element.
