Description
This is a genuine top grill heating element.
It’s positioned at the top of your oven so it sends the heat downward. Grill, broil, or roast your food placed on the top rack of your oven.
Also gives you a variety of cooking results. You can crisp, caramelise, or brown your food depending on the temperature you set while cooking.
If your oven is no longer getting hot then it could be due to a faulty grill element.
This top grill heating element is from Caple. Also fits CDA, Delonghi, Homark, Kenwood, Prestige, and White Westinghouse cookers and hobs.

Grill Element - easy to fit
I attempted to get this part for the grill from somewhere else initially. Unfortunately, the item they supplied was incorrect, not enough connectors. I did another search, found RansomSpares. The picture looked right. I ordered it. It came on time. Easy to fit. One working grill.

Easy fix & no electrician
Fit element to an ESS603. Old element curled up and died so removed back of cooker(about 10 screws)and had easy access to back of element. Make a note of where the 5 wires go before removing and disconnect. Only 2 screws hold the element in so easy to remove. Fitting is the opposite, only problem was the terminals on the back face in a different direction to the originals preventing then going through the hole. Bend then sideways, slide through the hole and then bend them back.Seems good quality - used quite a bit since fitting and works fine. DISCONNECT AT COOKER AND FUSE BOX BEFORE TOUCHING ANYTHING.
