The part took a little longer than I would have thought to reach me, but the biggest problem is that the nut which this item screws into is not available, it seems ludicrous that the screw I received, which is perfect and correct but obviously if the thread is damaged on it, it stands to reason the thread on the nut is damaged also. Therefore I have not been able to use the screw until I can find a nut to fit it, this means the oven has to come out, identify the nut and captive assembly and then refit everything. Seems a lot of bother for just one screw assembly which after all you have to remove to thoroughly clean around the oven. I guess the problem lies with the manufacturer as I was told by Ransom Agent 'no other parts are available'. Seems daft to me though and meanwhile my customer is doing without his toast!
