Would the cooling fan motor prevent the grill from working? Just replaced the oven element as that but now the grill isn't powering up. One of the connectors did break away when disconnecting the wires

Hi James, the cooling motor shouldn't stop the grill element working. I'd recommend contacting an engineer to see if they can diagnose the fault.
