How does the fan element help in heat dispersion in your oven?

When you activate the fan element, it draws air from the oven, passes it over the heating element to warm it up, and then circulates the heated air throughout the oven cavity. The fan's forced convection creates a consistent flow of hot air for a more even heat distribution around the food.
