Really good product ,replacing thermostat in Hoover slot in fan oven,only problem I had was that it's not as easy to fit remove the old thermo and replace with the new one (probably due to it being Hoover) ,had to remove nearly every panel and the front peice where the dials are to access the screw to remove and replace the thermo control box . The new part is excellent and does the job required

Although it would have been great to have an alternative delivery method apart from Royal mail, eg a Click & Collect service, the item arrived in protective packaging and was easy to install.
