Cricket club uses 4 hot drawers all year round for match teas , functions etc. 2 failed sometime ago and put into store as obtaining spares was proving to be difficult. 2 remaining 'drawers were showing signs of being unreliable and investigated. Identified same issues as original 2. Problems caused by wear on the electrical couplings (Possibly 12 years old). 4 years on and the parts are readily available. Purchased 2 sets of couplings. A good set of star-drive tools is required to replace the couplings (allow 1/2hr). Parts fitted perfectly. This rectified the issues and the drawers are reliable once more. Will be ordering another 2 sets to restore the 2 units put into store so we can put them back to operational condition. Delivered quicker than expected given postal difficulties and can't complain about the price. A lot cheaper than replacing!
