Excellent product and identical to originals except for a very small dimensional change on the back of the button. The original NEFF built in oven is nearly 25 years old and I had to open the square hole in the wall of the oven with a needle file by a few thou in order for the button to locate. The overall job is not an easy one, requires taking the oven from its kitchen unit, removal of the side of the oven (which releases a couple of other parts and finally removal of insulation to expose the abovementioned square hole in the oven casing. I was meticulously careful (taking pictures before starting and during disassembly) in the disassembly, fitting of the spare part (in itself easy) and reassembly of the removed parts. I am very happy with the finished job and the quality of parts supplied by Ransom.

Genuine replacement for old worn part, good quality

It wasn't a two minute job on my Bosch oven. Although the picture shows 4 items, 5 are supplied, as 2 clips (a large and a small) are provided for the back fixing. The large clip is needed for the new back support, and the small clip fitted the old (broken) support. To access the back of the oven internal side, the oven has to be removed so you can access all around it. To remove the external side panel you need first to loosen the external back panel and remove the external top panel. After unscrewing and removing the external side panel you can carefully lift the heat insulation on each side to expose the clips. On my Bosch oven I had to file out the holes somewhat as the supports were just too big to push through the holes from inside the oven. Once reassembled the new supports are absolutely fine.
