As my NEFF U1452 oven is an obsolete model I did not expect to find the exact replacement lamp holder. I was also pleased to find that the overall cost, including delivery, was around £20 less than a rival spares website. Installation was not a problem once the oven has been withdrawn and the back plate removed. However care is needed. I had to bend the electrical contacts a little to keep them away from the earthed metalwork behind the oven. One criticism of the Ransome Spares website is that there is no telephone number and no company address. I had to search the internet for this rather basic information.

Lamp housing
All products were perfect and easy to install the only issue I had was with the terminals on the lamp assembly were pointing up so when the power cables were installed and cover of the oven was replaced there was a good possibility the cables would short out on the cover. Luckily I noticed this it was an easy fix I just bent the terminals 90 degrees to avoid the cover of the oven,problem solved.it might be a good idea to give a warning with the lamp assembly so no one makes this mistake. Overall very happy with the products and services and will definitely use you again. Thanks. Mark
