Damaged oven ignition spark plug electrodes may fail to produce a spark, have difficulty igniting the burners, or spark inconsistently. You may also see visible cracks or damage on the device. You should replace it promptly with this spare part.

This part did not even appear as being available on the manufacturer's website! It was simple to find on the Ransom site, which clearly showed that it would fit the hob and it did, very easily.

Bosch Hob Ignition module RS50764
Initially frustrated that the module terminals were not exactly arranged as original. But fitting instructions included with the module sorted that out! Then not all five burners sparked .......until I fitted the stainless steel top back on. Then all worked immediately and are still good two weeks later. There must be an earth path or something for which the hob top is required. No mention of that in the instructions!

Correct part, easily fitted.
Original 'Spark Generator' part, now fitted & working perfectly. I had hoped for quicker delivery (dispatched 7 days after payment) but was delighted overall at getting the correct part 1st time.
