Good product, does the job
Ransom spares came up trumps with this part. Delivered promptly. Obviously had to remove the oven from its housing in the kitchen unit but replacing the element was straightforward and has been working fine.

Part worked, £27 instead of a new oven.
Our oven tripped the fuse box and then stopped heating. A google search suggested this was likely an issue with the element so I found this part online, swapped it with existing and now oven works. Changing the part on my oven required removal of cover inside, cover from back, element screws from back and pulling the wire attachments off. Aside from pulling out the oven and manoeuvring it around a small kitchen on my own, finding the wire attachments to detach was the trickiest bit as they were hidden by some sort of insulating fabric, didn’t feel too strong and were attached firmly but once I’d worked that out all was fine. The part has worked fine (better than before on a 4 year old oven) and a couple of weeks in all still working. Next day delivery and packaging was all perfect.
