How does the oven light help your oven?
The bulb in your oven provides light inside the cooking compartment, allowing you to monitor the cooking/baking progress and see the food whether through the glass or when you open the door. The light bulb in an oven operates similarly to a standard incandescent light bulb. When you turn on the oven light, an electrical current flows through a filament inside the bulb, causing it to heat up and emit light.
Why do you need to replace your cooker light bulb?
The filament inside the oven light bulb may wear out or break due to the high temperatures and vibrations it is subjected to during regular oven use. Additionally, the intense heat generated inside the oven can cause the bulb's components to degrade, leading to a decrease in brightness or a complete failure. Therefore, if your cooker light bulb is no longer illuminating or has become dim, it is likely time to replace it.
