Excellent product
Not much to be said about this product. It works perfectly and was easy to fit. The only difficulty I had was the removal of the bulb cover from the oven, but persistance overcame that problem, and this obviously wasn't the fault of the bulb. Time will tell whether the bulb lasts, but so far so good!

Perfect replacement
Specialist heat-resistant light bulb for my built-in oven / microwave. A great replacement item - delivered promptly and at a good price. Only problem was having to un-mount the entire oven to get at the bulb position - but this was defined by the oven design and was not the fault of Ransom Spares!

Correct replacement bulb for Neff inbuilt microwave, successfully fitted
The Ransom Spares website allowed me to correctly identify the replacement bulb for my specific model of built-in Neff microwave. This step is crucial as descriptions on other websites such as "fits all common microwave ovens" is not forced to get you the right one. I did not want to go to the trouble of taking the microwave oven out to see whether the old bulb is a screw or push-in type bulb and its wattage. The correct bulb arrived well packed and quickly. I was pleased with the price. Fitting it was easy. Carefully pull out the old and insert the new bulb using a clean cotton bag. And that's it! The bulb is nice and bright. Too bright in fact. I'll need to order some oven cleaner now.
