How does the fan element help in heat dispersion in your oven?
When activated, the fan element draws in air from the oven, passing it over the heating element, which warms the air. The heated air is then circulated throughout the oven cavity by the fan. This forced convection creates a consistent flow of hot air that helps distribute heat more evenly around the food.
Why do fan oven elements fail?
The intense heat of cooking causes it to degrade or cease functioning. The element in your oven has to be replaced if you discover that it is not heating up properly, takes longer to reach the desired temperature, or has obvious hot or cold patches.

Easy to Fit and Cheaper Option
Had a five year parts guarantee BUT STOVES wanted £99 to fit it. Six screws and two push on electrical connectors and the job was done by myself for half the price with the spare provided by Ransomspares. For peace of mind I rang them to confirm I was ordering the correct part and they confirmed I was.
