Good Product, Good for a year or two

I have purchased this product a number of times, ranging in price from £26 to now £16. While not as good as the original element with my oven which lasted 6 years, I have now purchased this item three time lasting typically up to 2 years. I have raised the longevity (quality) of the product with ransom spares, through reviews previously and by email when I made my most recent purchase in the hoping they would have made gesture of good will (although I'm expecting them to read my mind) reviewing my purchase history, but was given some explanation it could be various other factors. Did i respond, no. My purchase history was the point, and no doubt If I have the oven in 18 mth time, I will raise the issue again, and will have similar explanation. So like my last review of the part, it does the job, do not expect it last more than 2 years. But the price is dropping so next time, it maybe £8.

I found the correct part first time using the information on the Ransom site, watched the how-to video and had the replacement complete within 5 minutes. Completely satisfied with the entire process.

My oven went out when I was self isolating during the lockdown. With a lack of food in the house I could cook without my oven, I had no choice but to order an element and replace it myself. Despite the website saying that the disruption meant the part could take longer than the two working days they were citing, it arrived absolutely on time. The hardest part was getting the original out, and although replacing it felt difficult at the time, afterwards on reflection it wasn't actually that difficult. My oven is now back and cooking as good as new, and I'm obviously delighted with everything from the process to the speedy service.

Good quality, relatively easy to fit

Exact product I needed for my whirlpool oven. I did have to remove bank of oven to reconnect the spade fittings but this is the design of the oven not this part. Working great so far, fixed my problem of the oven not heating.
