Perfect replacement
Not only the exact product and from what I could tell it was a genuine replacement. Pretty easy to needed to remove the screws from the back of the unit (turn off the power first!!!) and remove the screws holding the element in place inside the oven. Great value, cheaper than other online stores. Great!

Good product, easy to fit
Good product and was easy to fit but disappointed in delivery time. Expected to have product within a few days (said 1-2 days after dispatch) but took almost 2 weeks to arrive.When I rang after 5 days to enquire where it was they told me that they had to order the part in and were still waiting for it! The website didn't say it wasn't a stock item.

Great product, easy to fit follow the video instruction
I found a youtube video when I searched how to replace oven element, which led me to ransomspares.co.uk. I ordered the part and fit it followed the video instruction, and it worked like a charm. Will recommend to everyone!

Great experience, genuine product
Thank you Ransom Spares. Very good customer service experience. I found the price cheaper elsewhere, used the price match service as instructed and got a reply within 24 hours to match that price. Can't get better than that. Very good delivery time and packaging. I bought oven element for my Baumatic electrical oven and it was exactly the same as in the picture and it was genuine parts. It was easy to fit, if you watch the helping videos in this websites. This was the first time for me to use this website and definitely it won't be the last time.

Fitted perfectly and doing the job well
I searched online for the cheapest compatible element replacement and this one was at least 20% cheaper than anywhere else online. The video guide for replacing the element was great as I've not had to do this before. The element arrived well packaged and in a very timely way considering I'm in Northern Ireland. All in all, excellent value and invaluable advice via the video.
