Arrived in good time & condition. The part differed from the existing - thermo wire was shorter & stat had to be fitted inverse, so connections were pointing downward. It fitted easily enough and works just fine. Always good service from Ransom.

I ordered this thermostat which was the wrong part my mistake . I returned the part and was very quickly refunded the purchase cost . Excellent customer service with this company thank you

This my first time using this site and I carnt praise it enough ordered my part yesterday with next day delivery came through the post this morning and I have just fitted it and my oven is back up and running will be using this site again for any spares I need and will be recommending to family and friends
