Brilliant service and half cost of other part suppliers. Highly recommend.

The final product received, a fan motor, was fine. However initially I was misled by a misleading part description on your website of an associated part with the name "fan panel" which I thought was a panel with fan. If its description had been "panel for fan" then obviously I would not have ordered it and I would have search elsewhere for a motor or complete fan/motor. This meant that I had to return the wrong part and pay postage. I would suggest that you look through your parts lists and instead of simply using the manufacture's description, alter it where necessary to avoid misunderstandings.(e.g "panel ex fan/motor") Regards Don Hanks
