Excellent as usual
My bottom oven stopped working late on a Friday evening, I realised it was probably the element as it had happened before on the top oven. I ordered the part at 9pm on the Friday and it arrived on the following Monday morning. To change the element in my Zanussi oven is a very easy 5 minute job. There are videos on Youtube on how to do it. A tip is to watch a video on how to remove your oven door,when you know how it takes seconds, you don't have to do it but it saves having to lean into the oven to undo the screws.
