better than the old unit
My only complaint would be the lack of an instruction flysheet for how all the bits go together. Still, I had the existing unit on my cooker hood to go by and while the replacement was a genuine part for a 'Philips Whirlpool cooker hood lamp holder' it was not a like for like replacement (perhaps my Cooker hood was a first generation model). This required a bit of improvisation and use of some of the old parts to secure the lamp holder to the to the light fitting.
