Genuine light bulb and lens for your cooker hood. It's made of durable and heat-resistant materials. Measures 65mm in diameter and 20mm in depth.
The light bulb illuminates the cooktop area beneath your cooker hood and the glass lens disperses light for more visibility. It’s easier to monitor your food as it cooks and lowers the risk of accidents in the kitchen.
And the glass lens protects the bulb from grease and steam, so it stays clean and works better for longer.

Light assembly for Neff cooker hood
Exactly the right part for my 20 year old built-in cooker hood. Quite expensive and needs a strong hand to push into place. Otherwise it’s perfect.

These are direct replacement lamp units for an existing Neff cooker hood so if you are buying one it probably means one of yours has failed and you really have no choice but one of these. Within those parameters these are perfectly good items and do the job. Expensive for what they are but they seem to be the same price everywhere. To me the whole design concept of this type of lamp is flawed. They run on low voltage high current and at a high temperature and the lamp connection pins are not up to it. They always fail after a while leaving you with no choice but to replace the unit. Bad design by Neff in my view.

Hello please i need some advice. I have a NEFF E-Nr D8990 NO GB ..... FD 7912 Extractor cooker hood fan I NEED TWO OF THE LIGHTS. please can you advise me how old is this extractor fan as when we moved in 8 years ago..it was already here with the house when it was built. Where can i buy these cheaply as i do not want to spend £40 per light.?

My Siemens cooker hood is LC89950GB - no added numbers on the booklet. 1) need both halogen lights in replaced - will your spare part fit. want whole unit replaced 2) do you have replacement metal grease grille filters for this model 3) booklet suggests there should be an activated carbon filter - never been one fitted from outset as far as I can see. can you advise please

Hi Veronica, I can confirm this is the correct halogen lamp unit for your model. The metal filter is RS44885. Unfortunately we don't have a carbon filter listed for your model.

How easy is it to fit? Do you have to take off the entire hob unit?

Hi Donald, usually you can access the lamp assembly by removing the metal filter. If this isn't the case on your model, you'd need to contact an engineer or the manufacturers directly to see if they can offer fitting advice.
