This product arrived really quickly and in great condition. The product wasn’t overly packaged (like some companies do) and therefore didn’t have too much of an impact of the environment. The product is very sturdy and of great quality. The switches are easy to use and don’t stick like some can. The signs/markings on the switches are also clear and look like they will remain visible after many years of use. Great company! Great service! Great product!

Bought this genuine replacement item when a switch failed on a Bosch cooker hood. Removing the faulty switch was far from easy as there seemed little give in the plastic body at either end which needs to be pressed inwards to the body of the switch to remove it - possibly through age. Each individual terminal then has to be taken off the old switch and connected to the new switch. Best to do one at a time so as to avoid confusion. Again, these terminals are never easy to remove. Once all done the replacement switch can be pushed back into place.
