This is a genuine cooker hood metal grease mesh filter. Made of metal sturdy and resistant to corrosion. Measures 320 x 260 mm.
During cooking, hoods with fat-collecting filters capture and retain grease and fat particles. Made of fine mesh or metal grids, these filters prevent grease buildup, avoiding clogs in the ventilation system.
No more particles entering the cooker hood's internal components and doesn’t recirculate back into the kitchen. Also helps to protect the cooker hood’s motor and fan from buildup and damage.
This metal grease mesh filter is from Hotpoint. Also fits Ariston and Indesit cooker hoods.

Hi Huw, the distance between the rear latches is 98mm. The distance from the end of the latch to the edge of the filter is 26mm.
