Exactly the same as the original
I recently moved into a house with a Neff cooker hood that has not been cared for. I tried cleaning but it was so filthy and so rusty that it was better to get replacement parts. I was really pleased to discover I could replace the filter frame as well as the filters. This is well-made and looks like what I imagine the filth-ridden thing I arrived to find should have once looked like.

Cooker hood frame
When we unwrapped the part we thought we'd ordered from the website, it looked just as good as the original hence the ratings, but it turned out we'd ordered the wrong thing by mistake. We contacted Ransoms and they confirmed they had the correct filter in stock and they would reprocess our order. It was easy to return the part they'd sent and we have every confidence in using them again.
