Genuine PCB electronic board for your cooker hood. With a wiring harness to connect it to the hood's control system.
The PCB is essentially your cooker hood’s brain. It handles tasks like turning the hood on/off, adjusting fan speeds, controlling the lights, and many more.
Sensors and a microcontroller in the board automatically adjusts fan speeds or turn on the hood when it senses changes in air quality, temperature, or humidity.
If it’s faulty, you’ll need to replace it in order for the appliance to work properly again.
This PCB electronic board for your cooker hood is from Baumatic. Also fits Lamona cooker hoods.
Before ordering, please verify with our compatibility checker that this part is suitable for your model.
I bought a replacement printed circuit board for a Lamona island cooker hood. The hood had suffered a complete failure. No power to either the fan motor or LED lights. I am no electronics expert but it seemed highly likely that the pcb was the problem. The board I bought from Ransomes was well packaged - collected it from Ransomes an hour after ordering, and it was very straightforward to fit. Just a few push fit connections and some screws to secure the pcb to the inside of the cooker hood. The cooker hood is now working perfectly. Hardest job was taking the hood down from the ceiling and refitting it. Very happy thanks.
Over all happy with the product. However it would be very helpful if there was an image of the circuit board on your website along with other products.
The new board arrived in good time and was slightly different to old board but call to help line and they confirmed correct updated board. Fitted easily and works perfect. Happy customer.
Hi The lights snd fans not working properly. Think it’s the pcb. Is replacing the pcb a diy job? I am competent but not an engineer. Doh you have any instructions or guide? Thanks John
Hi John, unfortunately we don't have fitting instructions. I'd recommend contacting an engineer to see if they can advise.
Hi I have a problem with lights dimming when hood is turned on and not staying on the the No1 position is this likely to be the cause or will it be the push button switch?
Hi Salvatore, unfortunately we're unable to confirm. I'd recommend contacting an engineer to see if they can advise.
Is this just a 'plug and play' type installation or does it need soldered connections to be made?
Hi David, this is plug and play and won't need soldering.
