It's a genuine button board designed to be the interface between you and your cooker hood. With a wire to connect it to the hood's control system.
Buttons on your hood not working? Might be your PCB button board. You'll see it behind the panel with 4 buttons on it.
Push any one of the buttons and you can turn the fan on/off, adjust speed, activate lights, and set timers for automatic shut-off. Makes it easy to use your cooker hood without any complex controls or setting.

Great product
The product was exactly the same shape & size as the original unit & fit perfectly. It also came with a full wiring loom, which on this occasion was not required but never the less a very useful extra piece of kit. Very happy with the product, I will give the service a good rating even though I paid a little extra for early delivery but it was delivered a day late. I have put this down to a busy royal mail service & not the company. Will use this company again.

Did the job.
Arrived quickly and with full cabling. Took a while to work out how to fit it (needed to remove the glass part of the hood), but now all is working well again. So happy not to have had to replace the whole cooker hood!

Reasonable product, easy to fit
This is the second replacement PCB Button Board I have had to order from Ransom, the first lasted 3 years then same problems of intermittent stop start when no one using it kicked in. Its relatively easy to swop over, its just a question of removing the filters underneath hood, unscrew the fixings on holding plate and it should slide out. Releasing the electric connector and put back in reverse. its a prefect replacement, just wish it would last longer

Excellent Item
The item was as described and quite simple to fitted, I didn't need the extra wiring but will keep for the future just in case. The extractor is now working again, and my wife and I are very happy

Easy peasy
Replacement of not functioning extractor fan switch. Didn't need the wiring loom. 5 minute job. Works a treat now.
