Great service, even though they had emailed saying the product was out of stock, they still managed to send it out in time. Product was in good condition and easy to install. Would definately order again from here if need be.

Works well and quick delivery
I bought this replacement extract fan, as I couldn't source a full cooker hood extract with matching curved glass dimensions. The fan works well and is quieter than the old defective fan. No instructions provided, however simple to fit when you eventually know how to disassemble the stainless chimney (as long as you don't have an existing stainless steel bolt with a damaged head, as I had). * The fan does not attach using the 4 existing bolts on the original fan plus the required bolts are not supplied with the new fan. Make sure you buy 4 bolts before starting the installation. NB the existing bolts are short, but if you can only but long bolts they should still fit.*

speedy delivery, does the job, but don't understimate the difficulty of fitting
I ordered a replacement cooker hood motor. It came super-quick, next working day! As someone else posted, the old bolts were too small . The current product needs M5 bolts, so do yourself a favour and get some in before you start (unlike what i did!). Shame that the product doesn't come with 4 M5s ( note - the motor attachment plate has the receiving nuts welded on so you do need M5 bolts). I guess this motor fits many different models so there are no fitting instructions so you are on your own fitting it as there are few YouTube videos and none for my model ( Baumatic ). Installation manuals are available but they all assume the unit is ready assembled . Take lots of photos as you take the hood assembly apart - you'll need that on the way back would be my advice ! End result is that I now have a lovely quiet cooker hood. I would have given 5 stars if it came with M5 bolts. And it's certainly cheaper and less wasteful than buying a whole new unit. But I hope I don't have to do it ever again.........good luck!
