While it did take quite a while to dispatch (2 weeks from ordering), the part arrived in perfect condition and works just as intended - which is great! This was also the cheapest place to find this part, as Baumatic stopped selling these a while back - so the long dispatch time can be excused.

Great product, Item as advertised and easy to fit in extractor. Initial problems with damage to first fan but Ransom sorted it out straight away and replacement arrived quickly.

I am very happy with this product and the service I received. The delivery was quick, the quality of the product was excellent and it was easy to install.

Quick delivery was good, pretty easy to fit but is a 2 person job. Hopefully this will last for a decent length of time.

We ordered a replacement Cooker Hood Replacement Fan unit, it was easy to find what we wanted and Ransom confirmed that it was a direct replacement for our F90.2SS unit. We placed our order and the unit arrived very quickly, unfortunately, during transit it was badly damaged, I notified Ransom immediately. A vey nice lady, Rosie came back to us very quickly and asked that I send her photos of the damaged unit which I did, again Rosie came back to us within 15 minutes offering her apologies to us for receiving damaged goods. Rosie said that she had ordered a replacement unit and that it was being sent out by Express Delivery for the next day, it arrived the next day in perfect condition. This is how customer service should be, so to Rosie, thank you so much for a brilliant service, we will use Ransom again.
