Helpful staff, good service
A friend suffered a burnt out lamp holder in his Electrolux cooker hood, and after trying several local electrical factors to be met with shaking heads and blank looks, I contacted Ransomes by e-mail. Within 24 hours I had an answer back: Yes, they could supply the part ( apparently an AEG item) which was delivered to me within 48 hours. Very helpful, great service.
