This is a genuine air vent hose reducer for your cooker hood.
Connects cooker hood ducting of different sizes—reducing a 150mm outlet to fit 125mm or 120mm vent hoses. It helps maintain smooth airflow between mismatched fittings, so your extractor fan works efficiently with minimal backdraft or noise.
Any cracks along the body of the reducer can cause air to leak and reduce suction power. If the connector no longer fits snugly into the ducting, it may have warped due to heat or pressure. Swap it with this part.
