A genuine part so quality as expected. Part is in the centre of the shredder and as such a pain to get to but that is a comment on the design not on on the service provided. I am glad I persisted though because a few £s on this part probably saved £100 or more if I had arranged a service.

This item is exactly the same as the original faulty switch. It does what it is supposed to! If I have any critisism it is that the switch is not held in place very tightly and can move, I've glued this one in, which is not ideal, but works.
