Quality Part - Easy to Fit
After watching some videos showing how the part is fitted and what you need to dismantle to fit it, I tackled the job myself. The part seems to be good quality and true to the original. It was quite easy to fit and I was pleased that I got it right first time and there was no longer a leak! An experienced domestic repair man could probably fit it in 20 mins. It took me about 1.5 hours, but I was able to do it with just a few hand tools and not too much frustration or struggling.

It is not easy to fit a door seal, but a few YouTube vids and all sorted. Fits my Balay 3TS60106A perfectly.

Job done
Good quality product, not the cheapest but it's a genuine Bosch part so it is what it is... Not the easiest thing to fit, especially on a Bosch, main trouble is fitting the inner band back on, no issue with the actual seal though

Perfect replacement
My Bosch washing machine is approaching 14 years old now, and I had noticed a small amount of water dripping down the front of the machine. Looking at the door seal it was slightly torn and worn. I decided on a genuine Bosch part, given the old one had lasted well and the extra cost wasn't excessive (especially if it lasts 10 years plus again!), and it arrived impressively quickly. I watched a video to see how to change it, and got the old one off very easily having removed the front panel of the machine. The new one seemed quite difficult to get over the lip....until I realised I had the seal backwards! Turning it around, it went on very easily, the springs locking it in place with the help of a small lever. A perfect fit, and no more leaks. Really pleased with the result.

Bosch door seal
Went for the genuine article. Bit dearer but worth it as still reasonable price compared to other web sites. Viewed a few video turorials and fitted it. Very easy but getting large inner retaining spring on bit fiddly .

Excellent product, care in fitting
Make sure you watch the video fitting, mine is a older machine a Classixx Express. There is a top screw which must be removed - behind the removable soap drawer which holds the front panel in place, when replacing fit this before the two bottom ones. Removing the seal springs as per the video, my front panel one was different a single wire with a short spring difficult to see but poked around to find. The front panel can be placed beside the machine as the door lock mechanism did not look easy to unplug - the cabling was just long enough to do this. The drum seal spring came away without problem, when fitting the seal use washing up liquid as a lubricant - makes fitting easy and it can be re-positioned so the drain holes are at the bottom as when fitting the seal slid round. The seal springs can be a pig, again use washing up liquid they then slide in the hand without binding - no last minute flying off. Someone mentioned removing the drum weight for more room, on mine it is held on with the a metal band under tension and could not be removed, this did make the spring replacing a bit tight. Otherwise fairly easy - took me 3 hours, very pleased with the end result will use again.
