Did what I needed.
When the mains switch on my Henry failed took the opportunity to fix the Hi/lo as well. I had been broken for a while. Visually different from the 4 pin unit installed but wiring diagram included that made it easy it fit. If you can’t work out the connections from the circuit diagram you probably shouldn’t be fixing something like this yourself.

Henry PCB
The Henry stopped working. Checked fuse, wiring, etc. all appeared OK but had no way to test PCB. The Henry is 10 years old. Ransom listed the cleaner and had a compatible spare although it was slightly different in appearance. Fitting was easy especially as I had already had the Henry in pieces. A connection diagram was provided as the terminal positions were in slightly different positions. Henry is now back in use. Why use Ransom. The Henry model was listed on their website. A compatible part was identified. The price was better than a competitor. Delivery is good. I have used them before and been very satisfied.

Perfect Repair
After watching diagnostics video was able to source the part. Delivered on time easy to fit and our Henry is now fully functional again. Much cheaper to repair than replace

Resurrected Henry, easy surgery
Poor loyal Henry suddenly died. Full of beans one minute then next time he simply wouldn’t wake up. Watched the Ransom Spares guide videos (very helpful), multi meter tested the power switch, all ok. So next step was to replace the pcb (Henry’s brain? Surely not, he still seems to be the same person). Great instructions and video and voila, Henry sprang back into life as his normal chipper self. Great price, easy fix, helpful service, thank you!

Great product excellent service.
The pcb arrived really quickly well packaged and with instructions to allow change over from old pcb. Watched the Ransom spares video on how to change and Hetty lives again ! Really pleased and will recommend Ransom spares for great service and information.

Great spare part and easily fitted
Replacement Hetty Vacuum cleaner control PCB supplied with circuit diagram. Easily fitted and now have fully repaired vacuum cleaner. PCB is good quality construction.

Compatible with previous model
Reasonably straightforward to fit. Slight flaw in the design that the pcb is in the main air path for cooling reasons which makes it prone to contamination which is probably the reason for the original one’s failure. It is worth pointing out that it is compatible with the older 4 terminal boards but that is not made clear in the compatibility checker. The terminals are located differently but the wiring diagram supplied makes it very clear how to fit it.

Excellent replacement
When my Henry Hover packed up I was ready to throw it away but with the help of Google the fault was diagnosed and the easy replacement of the circuit board brought it back to life. Thank you.

I have a Henry HVR200A power rating 1000-1200watts. Is the PCB compatible with my machine?
Hi Brian, Numatic fitted two different PCB boards during production. One is a 4 terminal board and the other is a 2 terminal board, RS494270. You will need to check yours to see which PCB you require.

Hi Chris, this is correct if your existing board has 4 terminals. If it has 2, the part you require is RS494270.
