All round confusing, disappointing and annoying...
Very confusing purchase process as the quantity is for 1 brush rather than 1 pair and the price is excessive just for a single unit compared to other sites, So too pricey by a fair margin. Luckily I spotted in time that it was a single unit when I went back to double check the price and had to then order another as there was no way to cancel my order online even after 15 mins. Delivery time was very poor - more than 1 week, given that it was a tiny part which could fit in an envelope. And to add to the insult P&P for this was extortionate. And as I orderd twice I received no discount on the P&P even though both arrived at the same time. The actual part, although listed for my Henry, was different and there were no instructions on how to fit, although I managed to figure it out in the end. Overall not impressed. I should have paid 1/2 price and got 2 day free delivery from the popular auction site...

Order two! Good product and helpful telephone operator
This single brush was a high quality item and simple to fit. It's a perfect match for the original brush and also first single one I bought. Although the Ransomspares web page does clearly state they are sold singly therefore make sure and order to two I missed that and was perplexed when I received only one. The telephone operator that answered my query was not judgemental and eased my embarrassment by waiving the postal charge on the second one. Beware unobservant late night orderer order two!

Good, but not a simple fit.
I needed these for a Henry I was given with a noisy motor. Brushes replaced and now the motor is running brilliantly. Not a straightforward swap in terms of fitting the brushes in the cartridges, but ok if you have a little experience.

Henry sucks!
Purchased brushes for a Henry vacuum cleaner. On website easy to find which brushes I needed. Fast delivery, easy to fit and soon up and working.

Henry motor brushes
Wrong part sent originally. When I made contact by telephone, a replacement was agreed and dispatched with no cost to me. Correct part, fitted and working within 1 hour of receipt.

Great Product, Arrived Quickly, Brilliant Video to Show How to Fit
I am delighted with my purchase. Henry, a vacuum cleaner we use for our cars, gave up a few months back. I thought age had finally taken its toll. However, I looked on You Tube to see if there were any hints on what to look for, before he was dumped. The brilliant video showing three possible problems was spot on and very easy to understand. Having determined it was the brushes, I ordered replacements and they arrived in a very short time, were fitted in minutes and I am pleased to say Henry is back in action, as good as ever.
