Save being held ransomed by local dealer!

Local dealer wanted minimum 2 weeks and 40% of the pressure washer's cost to repair 1 broken valve. I spent 10% of their quote with Ransom for ALL the wear parts air mailed to me in a week. Up and running and extremely satisfied! Thank you! 3 stars for ease of fitting because you have to pull the thing apart, par for the course. 4 stars for value only because there are slightly cheaper sellers around but Ransom had everything I needed for the job.

Good product but needed adjustment

Part arrived quickly after some very good service from the staff (I ordered the wrong parts but no problem canceling and money transferred back same day) Easy to assemble but needed some “trimming” so the valve didn’t stick in the open position. A bit of a fiddle but if you are the type of person who changes parts like these then you are the person who can fix this problem.
