What is the difference between this part and RS52591?

Do you sell the thermostat that controls this cooling fan? On my Bosch HBN331e2b the cooling fan turns off as soon as the oven is switched off rather than staying on until the oven cools down. We have to switch to grill mode and let the cooling fan work then turn it off manually. So I know the fan works, it just doesn't come on and turn off as it should. Thanks for any help you can give.
