The item was a seal - the old on on a blender has expanded over the years and become useless. I had trouble finding a replacement - and then found Ranson Spares. They had the part - I ordered and very soon a small package arrived. Just what was required!! This saved purchasing a new machine. Excellent service, part found - just the job, as I say.
