Unfortunately, a spoon fell into my mixer and made a hole in the bowl. Thankfully I found this product. It was cheaper to buy this set than a bowl on it's own. Excellent quality. Fits perfectly. I am sure it will last as many years as the previous one.

So originally I ordered just the lid as this had cracked on my original. Whilst I was pleased to be able to gain a replacement given that my machine is over 20 years old, upon arrival I didn't realise that the jug was also damaged. Upon reviewing the prices for a replacement jug it was cheaper to buy a lid and jug together than just the jug that I needed. I then enquired about returning the lid which was authorised but that I had to foot the cost of postage. It means that I would have been £3 up if I returned it so didn't bother. Moral of the story check the parts you need before you order. Can't fault the service or the products supplied but the returns policy leaves a little to be desired as you are already charged postage for the items ordered and they use a courier. Not sure why the pricing of separate items is not comparative
