We've had our Bosch blender for 20 years and it's been great. Recently, we dropped the lid and broke the safety latch. Tried fixing it, but no luck. Couldn't find a replacement at first, so we thought about buying a new one, which would cost over £200. Then, I found the exact lid we needed on the Ransom Spares website for less than £20 – what a deal! It fit perfectly. Really surprised they had the part. Big thanks! Plus, the delivery was really quick.

I have owned a Bosch food mixer for years. Many pieces have been lost or broken. Ransom Spares handle the spare parts and helped me identify the exact part numbers I required. in the end I bought two bowls, and two slightly different lids with plugs. While searching for parts I noticed that my type of mixer, with fixed places for the mixer bowl and blender have now been replaced in popularity by types with different mechanics. Thought this would mean spares for my mixer would be unobtainable. I am pleased that I could locate a source of spare parts

The locking tab of the Bowl Top had broken. As the Food Processor was quite old, I didn't expect to find a new one. The part supplied is a perfect fit, and saved the processor from being discarded. Good service from Ransom's again!
