Of course, keeping everyone safe, healthy and connected during this uncertain time is a huge priority of ours, so here’s how we are approaching things:
In line with government advice all of our support staff are now working remotely from home. Whilst our phone lines are closed until further notice you can easily contact us using either our contact forms or where available our live chat facility.
Receiving your order
While our warehouse team can’t work from home, we have very strict health and hygiene measures in place. This means that they can work safely, whilst keeping more than 2 meters apart, in line with the latest government advice.
Our delivery partners (Royal Mail & DPD) are also working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however delivery of your order may take longer than normal. If you've received email confirmation that your order has been despatched please allow extra time before contacting us about delivery.
Both Royal Mail and DPD are no longer asking you to sign for your order using handheld tracking units. Instead the driver will sign on your behalf and record your name and ‘Delivered on Authority’ message in the signature.
Until further notice we are only accepting orders for delivery within UK.
We continue to offer our no quibble returns policy, however there may be a delay in us receiving your return which will also cause a delay in your refund being processed.
