1. Access heater element
Firstly, remove the Phillips screws holding the rear cover in place.

Remove the cover and place to one side.

Remove the cable grommet.

With your long nose pliers, squeeze the clip together and push it inside the tumble dryer.

Thread the cables and connectors out of the tumble dryer.

Using an old cable, cable tie or something similar, thread this to the back of the connectors to stop them falling inside the tumble dryer casing.

Before removing any connectors, take a photo to reference which ones go where later. Then disconnect the connectors.

Remove the two Phillips screws holding the heater element in place.

2. Remove old heater element
Gently lift the old heater element away from the tumble dryer.

3. Install new heater element
Using the two hooks, attach the new heater to the tumble dryer.

Re-screw the two screws back in place.

Re-connect the terminals. Matching the colour of the wires. Refer to the photo taken earlier if needed.

Feed the connectors back inside the tumble dryer, but leave the plastic clip on the outside.

With your finger, feed the plastic clip into the hole and gently push it through, using the long nose pliers with your other hand to help.

Re-attach the cable grommet.

Re-attach the cover and re-screw the screws back in place.

And that's it, your new Candy tumble dryer heater element is all set to go!
